- I am a 34 year old woman. I am a Property Manager, a Soccer Mom of sorts and also am very involved with my church. I runa a grocery relief ministry " Angel Food Ministries" at Springwell Church in Taylors, SC. I have successfully been a full- time single mother for the last 8 1/2 years, after divorcing when my son was 2. It has been challanging at times. I do remember a lot of hot dogs and Mac & Cheese! LOL In 2004, we lost everything that we owned in the Florida Hurricanes. Without questioning God on why we were experiencing what we were, I decided to apply for positions elsewhere. After securing a job in Greenville, SC, my son and I moved. We love it here, are blessed daily and laugh often! My wonderful son is 10 1/2, on honor roll, way too tall for his age and is a great kid! ( Just don't ask me for the same description when he is rolling his eyes at me with his 10 year old attitude!) LOL I realize now... Life is what you choose to make it. Relationships, life & family mean everything. "Stuff" can be replaced with new stuff! Do not take today for granted!
